Where are Finley’s Treats made?

Finley’s treats are produced right here in the USA in a state of the art FDA and USDA certified SQF Level 3 facility. Our production process is monitored every step of the way from receiving ingredients, to the retail shelf where we guarantee your pups will receive the freshest human-grade treats you can trust. Our small-batch manufacturing process allows us to tightly control our production so we can ensure that our treats are always made to our stringent quality standards.

Where do you get your ingredients from?

Our ingredients are sourced from the best local and global suppliers. Through our partnerships with local family farms, to the highest quality global producers, we know exactly what is going into each treat and guarantee your pups will love them. We take pride in supporting the local businesses that empower your communities!

Where Do Your Profits Go?

Our mission is to give back to the people who are building opportunities for people with disabiltiies in the community. In addition to creating jobs for people of all abilities at Finley’s, we give 50% of our net profits to our charitable partners around the country. A few of those partners include, National Down Syndrome Society, Special Olympics MN, Pujols Family Foundation, Els for Autism Foundation, Soldiers 6, and Paws with a Cause. 

How long does my pup have to enjoy your treats?

We stand behind and guarantee your satisfaction of the treats within a 18 months of production. Each bag has an expiration date noted for your to reference.

Once opened, how do I store my bag of Finley’s treats?

Make sure to store the bag in a cool, dark place, out of extreme heat or direct sunlight. The bag should never be placed in the refrigerator as it is a natural treat and will cause condensation and mold. We stand behind and guarantee your satisfaction of the treats when stored correctly by the guaranteed date, as noted on each bag.

How can I track my order?

We ship everywhere in the continental United States in partnership with the USPS. Please use the tracking information found in your order confirmation email to track your order here.

Refunds and Returns:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective. If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately with details of the defect and purchase date.  We will then process a refund or exchange. Refunds will be processed using the original form of payment.
